White Wash is a documentary film about surfing, that explores the complexity of race in America through the eyes of the ocean. This inspirational story is narrated by the legendary, Grammy Award winner Ben Harper (Fistful of Mercy, Relentless 7, Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals), along with Tariq “Blackthought” Trotter of the Grammy Award winning hip-hop group, The Roots, who also originally scored the film

Second Annual Last Greenback Party

At the Swimming Pool Hall of Fame, Saturday March 31st. Featuring the Cutback band, surf movies, slide shows, raffle, excellent food by Nacho Your Business. Music, fun, food, and other refreshments. Come on out! Proceeds benefit Surfrider, Surfers for Autism, International Swimming Pool Hall of Fame.

Welcome back to the Greenback Surf Club Message Board

It has been a long time coming (10 months,31 days, 11 hours and 55 minutes, but who’s counting) since our old provider pulled the plug on the original site. Now with the help of the BC Surf and Sport Web team we have a professional site. The site will continue to evolve over time as new and improved features are loaded into it.

The primary focus was ease of use , and the format created by the BC Web Team delivers on that premise. I believe this is the second time I have posted first, and I am looking forward to a usable message board.
